Following seminary Chuck returned to the Western Pennsylvania Annual Conference and served his first appointment at Creighton.  Later he served Knox and Mt. Joy in Clarion County for 15 years. He has also served Alum Bank, Homestead Park, and most recently Brookville Evangelical United Methodist Church.

During Chuck’s second year at Brookville, he became engaged to Gerry, from West Mifflin, and in 2018 they were married. Chuck will “retire” on July 1, 2022, however because he loves being a minister and wants to continue to serve the Lord with all his strength, he's accepting an appointment to the Fay-West Cooperative Parish.

Chuck has two grown children. His son lives in Altoona with his wife and three children, while his daughter and son-in-law live with their three children in the Boardman, Ohio area. Chuck can’t wait to see what God has in store of the next chapter of his life.
